Het CooVox-U20 IP-telefoonsysteem is de tweede generatie Mini IP Phone System gelanceerd door ZYCOO. Het is het eerste mobiele IP-telefoonsysteem met de mogelijkheid om de GSM-module te gebruiken om verbinding te maken met het mobiele netwerk voor mobiele telefonie.
